1. Necessary storage
Draveon uses necessary technologies for secure authentication, session continuity, fraud and abuse prevention, consent recording and core service operation. These technologies may include Supabase authentication cookies and the Draveon consent preference cookie. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the preference center because the affected functions cannot operate reliably without them.
2. AIRA live chat storage
The public AIRA live chat may use browser local storage to keep a conversation token so a visitor can continue the same chat across page navigation or a browser refresh. This is functional storage. It is not used for advertising.
3. First-party analytics
Draveon only activates its first-party website analytics after analytics consent is granted. The analytics layer may record page views, navigation and button interactions, form submission events without form values, campaign attribution parameters, coarse device type, language, time zone and performance metrics. The analytics layer is designed not to capture form field contents, live-chat message contents, raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in the analytics database.
4. Marketing technologies
Draveon maintains a separate marketing-consent category for future advertising or retargeting services. No marketing or retargeting tracker is enabled by this release. If one is introduced, it will be gated by the applicable consent choice and this policy will be updated.
5. Your choices
On a first visit, visitors can choose Necessary Only, Manage Preferences or Accept All. Preferences can be changed later through the Privacy Choices control shown on the website. Draveon also respects an enabled Global Privacy Control signal by preventing the marketing preference from being enabled through the consent interface.
6. Retention
Consent preferences are currently configured to persist for up to 180 days unless changed earlier by the visitor or removed by the browser. Analytics retention is reviewed according to operational need, privacy requirements and customer commitments. Draveon intends to minimize retained analytics data and avoid collecting unnecessary personal content.
